Brass Sundial Compass
This brass antique sundial was made by the Stanley London Company. It has an internal magnetic compass. The upper surface of the sundial is hinged and a curved scale is used to set your local latitude angle. The magnetic compass is hinged and this allows for the sundial to be oriented North. This sundial is displayed at the French River Interpretive Center in Northern Ontario, Canada.
